Sports Stretch book good for everyone.  Knee Replacement and Rehabilitation is the best of all the "knee" books.

I had both knees done in winter 2007.  Wish I done them sooner, they work great.  Anyway, books reassured me and had good ideas.  (FIY Take all your pain meds, it lets you rehab better and faster.)
