HERE IS HOW I GOT IT.  YOU HAD TO BUY AT LEAST 5 CARS FROM TRU FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER.  YOU ALSO HAD TO MAIL IN THE RECEIPT AND THE PACKAGING FOR ALL 5 CARS PLUS $$ TO GET THIS CAR.  IT COMES IN IT'S OWN PLASTIC CASE.  THE CAR IS SCREWED TO THE BASE  BUT CAN EASILY BE REMOVED IT YOU WANT TO GIVE IT TO A CHILD FOR PLAY.  THIS WILL BE A VERY DIFFICULT CAR TO FIND AND PRICES WILL SURELY INCREASE AS INVENTORY AND AVAILABILTY DIMINISHES.
