PAYMENT

We accept Paypal payments, including credit card purchases through Paypal. Payment is expected within 2 days of the end of auction.  If you have any questions concerning payment for an item please contact us by email and provide your contact information.

SHIPPING

We normally ship within 2 business days after we have received cleared payment.  Depending upon the size of the item, we usually use UPS or USPS for delivery.  Insurance fees are included in cost of shipping unless specifically noted.  We do offer shipping discounts for purchase of more than one item, so feel free to contact us for more information.

TERMS OF SALE

All sales are considered final after we ship an item. However, if there is a problem the buyer may contact us within 7 days of receipt of an item. Items that are sold as new and do not work can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, shipping charges and return shipping charges. If the buyer has registered a warranty on a product (for example, SQUARETRADE) we will not accept return as the buyer has remedies with the manufacturer of the product. Items sold as-is may not be returned. In addition, we have had people buy our items and want to return them because the item did not function at the level the buyer expected.  Since we are a small operation, if we receive an item back from a buyer and it functions as intended, we certainly will not refund any shipping charges and we'll charge a fee against the original purchase price, depending on the condition of the item when we receive and inspect it. The fee charged will be no less than 15% of the original purchase price (original purchase price does not include any shipping or shipping related fees).  Once movies are opened they cannot be returned unless damaged/not working, and they will be replaced with the same movie title.

We are a small family-run organization that started because we love to purchase on ebay.  Now, we enjoy selling at a big discount off retail because we too are always looking for a great deal!  Since we acquire items from several different sources, sometimes an item listed as “NEW” may have a box or package that is not in great condition.  We will ALWAYS note any imperfections.  Any item we list as new is certainly new.  If there is any error or accidental misrepresentation of an item we will do everything we can to correct the problem and make our customers happy.  If you are not satisfied, please contact us.
