FashioNashion considers all purchases final and no credit or refunds will be issued with the exception of the following conditions:

    * Merchandise is inadvertently damaged during shipping or in transit;
    * Merchandise is incorrectly shipped, i.e. does not match what was ordered;
    * Merchandise does not fit correctly, i.e. sizing; 

In the unforeseen event that this does occur, FashioNashion will gladly replace, refund or attempt to correct the situation to the complete satisfaction of the buyer to include all costs associated with transaction.

In-store credit will be granted for sizing issues where a garment does not fit properly, i.e. smaller or larger than expected because of variations from manufacturer to manufacturer assuming:

    * The buyer is willing to bear the cost of returning the item in "NEW" condition to FashioNashion with:
          o no alterations;
          o no rips or torn seams;
          o no missing buttons or clasps;
          o no apparent shrinkage due to washing;

FashioNashion will exchange the item for the appropriate size to accommodate the buyers satisfaction. It is the buyers responsibility to communicate with FashioNashion regarding all sizing issues both, before and after the sale should an exchange become necessary. All requests for sizing should be handled prior to the completion of the transaction and FashioNashion will always be happy to hand measure the garment to ensure correct sizing.

FashioNashion makes every attempt to fulfill all purchases as ordered. In the unfortunate event that an item is no longer available via the manufacturer, warehouse or is backordered, FashioNashion will immediately notify buyer and offer an alternate item of equal value or refund the entire purchase price including all costs associated with transaction.
