I both run websites for myself and sell websites to other people. The websites I sell are websites I have run myself for some time, so that I know they will make a lot of money (I have a good reputation for selling profitable websites, I don't want to jeopardise that by selling rubbish, or I'd loose clients). However I have recently come up with a website idea in an area that is so profitable that I don't even have to test market to find out how profitable it is. In fact I have been kicking myself in the backside for the last few weeks, because it is so profitable that I cannot understand how I failed to start a website like this years ago - I would probably have been able to retire by now if I had done so!
Unless you have been living on planet Mars for the past decade you will be well aware how popular music downloading has become. So many people have switched from buying CDs to buying their music as a download that record shops are going bankrupt! And music is big business, selling music online is making people into millionaires.
But how do you go about it. To set up a shop like Itunes will cost you millions. But if you simply set up a resellers site like those you see advertised here on eBay, you only get a really small percentage of the profit. Sure you will make money, but it will be a small amount compared with the money you could make. However I have come up with a third way, a way that does not require you to put hundreds of thousands into setting up your own 'real' online shop, but still gives you the lion's share of the profits.
To start with, the site you are going to buy does not sell songs by tune, but sells memberships to legal download sites that allow members to download as many songs as they like for free (after paying their membership fee). Think how popular that will be! All they have to pay is their membership fee and then they can download song after song after song! And you get the larger share of their membership fee. The percentage varies from site to site, but most of the download sites give you SEVENTY FIVE PERCENT. Think of that. If you were selling stuff from sites like Amazon you would be looking at 5% to 10%. In other words you will be getting between seven and a half times as much and FIFTEEN TIMES AS MUCH as you would if you bought one of those Amazon type sites. Think about those figures. If, instead of buying this site you had bought a different website via eBay and, for argument's sake, let us assume that you end up making four hundred a week out of it. Not bad, but if you had made the same number of sales on this site, you would be making between three thousand and six thousand a week!!! Now I have no idea how much or how little you will make on other sites (the 400 pw was a guess), I am only using it to demonstrate how much MORE you will make when you buy this site.
And an even better thing to consider is: What sells more than music downloads? At some point in their life most people buy a tune, but if you look at the other sites on sale, what percentage of the public will but them. Don't get me wrong, other things will still make you money, but if ten times as many people buy from this site as buy from the other sites you have looked at then YOU WILL MAKE TEN TIMES AS MUCH FROM THIS SITE, and that is on top of the fifteen times as much mentioned in the last paragraph!!!!!
Also: Note that this site sells internationally. Most sites you buy will only be able to sell to the population of one country (usually, but not always, just the region of the eBay country you bought it from). This sells EVERYWHERE Think how many people are in your country. Now think how many people are in Britain, USA, Canada, Central America, South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc.etc. etc. THOSE ARE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, think how much more ALL THOSE PEOPLE will spend compared to selling just to people who live in your own country.
In other words: To compare how much this site will make compared with other people's sites that are sold on eBay, think how much the other site will make then multiply that figure by A VERY BIG NUMBER - that is how much you will make when you buy THIS site.
Now let us look at how your new site is laid out. If you look at most other sites advertised on eBay, you will see that they are just made up of pages and pages of adverts. This is because this makes them look good to you. But unfortunately it makes them into crap selling tools. For a start, search engines hate this kind of thing and list them very low down on searches. How many people, do you think, actually click on link number 197,465 at a search engine? Also this catalogue style does not impress buyers. Why should they bother even looking at a site that lists a few things from Amazon/eBay/etc, when they can go to the main Amazon or eBay site and see the lot? This site is different. It contains mostly text articles. These are articles that the surfer will want to read, so will go right through your site, seeing all your links and adverts over and over again until they finally click on them and buy something making YOU a lot of money.
Between the article and the menu you will see a column of bright yellow eye catching boxes containing links to download sites. When a surfer visits one of these you get up to 75% of the money he pays!!! Remember how many people download music, all of them are going to want a service where they don't have to pay for each download, so this will make YOU a lot of money.
BUT THAT IS NOT ALL People do not only buy music downloads online, they buy lots of other things as well. Since they have deliberately come to your new site we know that they are interested in music, so further down you will see a selection of adverts (headed "Other Links") for other music related items you can sell them which will make you EVEN MORE money.

So as you can see, when you buy this site you will make a lot of money. But you may be wondering how I can sell it so cheaply when it will make so much money for you. The answer is simple. As well as selling websites, I also run websites for myself. Up until about a year ago the most profitable ones I create I did not sell on eBay, because if I charged a fair price for them no one could afford them. Since the websites I sold on eBay make a lot of money for the buyer this did not matter much. However last summer an idea hit me. Imagine if Tesco had only one shop, positioned centrally in, let's say Birmingham. The people in Birmingham would use it, but people in places like London and Edinburgh would never even have heard of Tesco. So Tesco has lots of stores, all over the country. That way everyone can find one, and everyone can shop at Tesco.
The Internet is an even bigger place than Britain. It is an even bigger place than the entire world. Even the most avid Internet surfer will never visit more than a teeny tiny fraction of 1% of the websites available. For every person who visits my really good websites and spends money, millions, probably billions, of people don't even know it exists. Like Tesco, I need lots and lots of websites, clones of the main site, like the stores Tesco runs.
Or, instead of running all these clone sites myself, I could sell one to you. Then you could start to make a lot of money out of the clone in the same way that I do, you could be rich too. So that is what I am doing. And how well does it work? Well take a look at comment my previous clients have left about me (and about the websites I sold them).

So think about the money you WILL make when you buy this business, while I summarise just a few of the reasons that this is the website you want.
- This is a GENUINE website containing REAL articles that people will read. It is not a script generated carbon copy Amazon/Adsense full of just adverts that the surfer will have seen before so will ignore. This website has plenty of attention grabbing articles that surfers will want to read, so it is a site they will bookmark and keep coming back to, buying more and more items, and making MORE AND MORE MONEY for you.
- But you do not have to do any selling yourself. The surfer reads an article, clicks on a link, and goes to a site that does all the hard sell for you. They then send the customer the goods and send you your profit (in most cases 75%).
- This also means that you do not have to hold any stock, you do not have to send out the goods, or even take the orders. All you have to do is work out how to spent the large amounts of money that this site will make for you.
- And remember that your percentage of the sale is high. On most sales it is 75%, not the paltry 10% offered by people like Amazon, so your profits will be VERY HIGH indeed.
