1. PAYMENT: PayPal Only.

2. DELIVERY: All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 days after payment. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days. This applies to the U.S.A., Canada, Australia and most countries in Europe. Some countries and regions with slower postal systems and customs may take 25-35 business days (especially Italy, United Kingdom, South America). If the maximum estimated time has passed and you still haven't received your item, please contact me. I will answer immediately and will solve any problems in your favour.

3. SHIPPING without plastic jewel case: $3 for 1 CD / $1,00 each additional. Combined postage for multiple items is only possible if purchases are made WITHIN A 7 DAY PERIOD. For some countries the combined shipping is impossible.

SHIPPING with plastic jewel case $4 for 1 CD / $2,00 each additional (applies to the United States, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and most countries in Europe). 4. INSURANCE: $0,50 per CD - OPTIONAL (but recommended). And REQUIRED if a total cost of your purchase more than $25. I cannot be held responsible for uninsured items that are damaged in shipping.

5. PACKAGING: All CD's are sent in bubble mailers. If there is a problem - please inform me always (through eBay, for a guarantee). We can solve all problems to your advantage quickly and friendly, without any "complaints", "disputes", etc.
