To help reduce improper PayPal payments we have set our account to block payments from non-US Verified users. If payment is blocked this way please select Moneybookers as payment method.
Payment should be tendered within 4 days of listing close but is not due in full until 7 days.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order;
- from any buyer who is listed in the BadCustomer database.
- for merchandise that is deemed unlawful, prohibited or banned by the ship to destination.
- from any PayPal user who does have a U.S. Verified account and does not provide a confirmed shipping address.
- that is $50.00 or more and paid with PayPal.
- to any buyer or destination that we deem to be a high or unnecessary risk. This includes buyers with several negative feedbacks over the lifetime of their account.
Pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the order grand total which will be deducted from refund. If no payment was made buyer will be invoiced for the cancellation fee. If this fee is not paid within 24 hours of the invoice date buyer acknowledges that they are in breach of contract.
Shipping Policy
Destinations
We ship WORLDWIDE!
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday unless there is a holiday.
- Priority orders are shipped any day the USPS is open!
Oders paid with PayPal will ONLY be shipped to buyer's CONFIRMED address with PayPal.
Methods
We ship exclusively with the USPS except in the case of over-sized or 3rd party shipments.
- U.S.&T orders up to 13 ounces will be shipped First Class Mail.
- U.S.&T orders above 13 ounces will be shipped by either Parcel Post, Media Mail or Priority Mail based on the final order type, weight and value.
- Priority orders are shipped Priority Mail.
- International orders are shipped Express Mail International.
Priority Mail Guarantee: If buyer selects Priority Mail and we do not update buyer's order on eBay with a DC (Delivery Conformation) number within 24 hours of receiving payment we will refund buyer 50% of the shipping cost! *Payment must be received Monday - Thursday by 11:59 PM EST. Payments received the day before or the day of a U.S. holiday are excluded from this guarantee.
Handling Time
1-2 business days after payment clearance.
An additional 2-3 business days may be required for international shipments.
Combined Shipments.
Please do not make payment until fully ready to check out. Once payment for an order is made all other orders after are subject to their full shipping cost.
Customs Duties and Fees
Buyer is fully responsible for any and all such fees, charges, taxes and/or duties. Buyer understands that we fully declare merchandise type and value on all customs forms.
Insurance Claims
Damaged/DOA Claims: If after delivery merchandise shows signs of damage not described in the listing and/or is not performing as described it was damaged during transit. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. When contacting us please describe the damage and/or issue in detail. An affidavit will be sent to the buyer which will need to be completed, signed and returned. Buyer must keep all packaging material and damaged goods in the original form as received as photographs and/or carrier inspection will be required.
Non-Arrival Claims: If merchandise is not delivered within 21 calendar days (Domestic) or 45 calendar days (International) from the shipment date please contact us. An affidavit will be sent to the buyer which will need to be completed, signed and returned.
Refund Policy
All sales are FINAL unless due to SELLER ERROR or PROBLEM SHIPMENTS.
Seller Error - Merchandise (shipped or not) that is not 100% as described due to our error.
Problem Shipment - Merchandise that is lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
- Full refund issued by us after return and passed inspection for Seller Error.
- Full refund issued by us after insurance claim is settled and paid for Problem Shipments.
Please NOTE that NO refund for a Problem Shipment will be issued until insurance claim is settled and paid by the insurance company or carrier. This policy is in effect to protect our interests should a buyer be attempting fraud. Also note that failure to follow any of the claim procedures could void the claim and any possibility of a refund.
Return Policy
No returns accepted unless in SELLER ERROR or upon our request.
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns.
- No RMA will be granted after 5 days of delivery for any reason.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated by us in writing.
- Returns must be in our possession within 7 (14 Int'l) days of issued RMA date.
- Most returns are processed in 2 - 3 business days after we receive them but please allow up to 7 business days.
- Returns will be fully inspected and must arrive in the stated, required or requested condition.
- We are not responsible for any return that is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
Any violation of our return policy will cancel any potential refund or subjugate refund to S&H deduction and a 35% restocking fee of the order grand total.
Seller Error Returns
Please contact us no latter than 5 days of delivery for return address and RMA. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition that was sent to the buyer with all shipping and packaging materials and with all package contents (this includes any freebies, gift cards, coupons and/or discount codes) to ensure full refund is issued. If any of the merchandise sent was sealed (factory or otherwise) it must be returned in the same sealed condition. When returning merchandise please consider a carrier that offers both tracking and insurance coverage.
Unauthorized Returns
Any merchandise that is returned to us without a valid RMA will either be refused or held until the buyer pays a new shipping fee to have merchandise sent back. This includes but is not limited to buyer refusal of delivery, carrier unable to delivery, and any customs returns or rejections.
Merchandise Condition Guide
This guide is intended to give the buyer a general idea of how we test and inspect merchandise, and our initial findings. Detailed results (including additional pictures) for individual items can be provided on request if not already included in the item description.
New - Brand New: This item is in the same condition as would be sold and found in a retail store.
Used - Like New: This item has been opened for content inspection and may have used once by us to test working order if electronic or mechanical in nature but not for more than 5 minutes. These items are sometimes re-sealed by us and are considered "sealed" under our return policy.
Used - Very Good: This item has been used but not often or at least extra care was taken when using and/or storing the item. Minor signs of cosmetic flaws (scratches, chips, dings, scuff marks, bends, peels, tears or any other cosmetic blemish) may be present but normally only visible on closer inspection. If the item is electronic or mechanical in nature it has been used by us to test working order for no less than 30 minutes.
Used - Good: This item suffers from the normal wear and tear of use and/or may have not been stored under the best conditions. Average signs of cosmetic flaws (scratches, chips, dings, scuff marks, bends, peels, tears or any other cosmetic blemish) are often present and visible. If the item is electronic or mechanical it nature it has been used by us to test working order for at least 15 minutes.
Used - Acceptable: This item has been frequently used and/or may have been stored under poor conditions. Cosmetically this item is not the most attractive and will suffer from above average to major cosmetic flaws but nothing that appears to hinder the operation or intended purpose of the item is present. Electronic and mechanical items are used by us for at least 10 minutes to test working order.
Used - As/Is: This item may be damaged or defective and/or suffer from major cosmetic flaws or item was not or could not be tested if electronic or mechanical. Please be aware that As/Is items are ineligible for seller error return and refund.
Used - Refurbished: This item has been returned to the manufacture and is either repaired or certified to be in original working condition by the manufacture or authorized service center. This item will either still be in the manufactures sealed container or opened and used by us for testing as if a "Like New" item. Refurbished items are generally thought to be cheap and poorly fixed products. However, some products have nothing wrong with them; they were simply exchanged over incompatibility, are cosmetically damaged or returned by the customer within the return period of the company which sold the product, without any defect with the product.
Feedback
Customer satisfaction and communication is very important to us and we want to know that you are satisfied therefore we do not leave feedback until customer reports back that they are satisfied. In the rare case that you may be unhappy with your purchase please contact us before leaving negative feedback or low DSR. We can't promise your desired result but we can promise that we will work with you to resolve the matter.
