This is a new Weaver Leather brand breast collar with a solid center.  1 1/4" wide with darkened finished edges.  Doubled & stitched in contrasting white thread. 

It measures 55" from tug end to tug end at longest & can be shortened approx. 14" with existing holes.  Center strap adjusts with conway buckle & has snap on the end.
