Or you can use any of our images. • Custom Designs: Email your image, any text and your design ideas to us (or have our designers develop a custom design at no charge) at orders@goodycandles.com. • Candle Care: Check our Candle Care page for more information on how to keep your candle looking its best as well as creating The Glow. Each Photo Candle comes with Candle Care Instructions. • Giftwrap: Wrapped in clear cellophane with raffia tie. Ready for gift giving! • Processing Time: 5 business days from final approval date, excluding shipping time. • Shipping: Shipping from Southington, CT via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or USPS Express Mail. • Rush Processing: Available upon request at no extra charge. • Returns: Not accepted on personalized candles. Use this format (depending on how many lines of text your layout choice allows): Line 1: Line 2: Line 3: The more text you add, the smaller the font will be. Ask us about additional text lines. We will be emailing you a proof for your approval. You will have an opportunity to make changes. 7) Attach Image File to Email Attach your image file to your email. A jpg, EPS or TIFF file with 300 dpi resolution works best. If your file is less than 300 dpi make sure it is about 5" wide so we can reduce it. This will improve the image quality. 8) Final Approval Goody Candles will email you a proof within 24 hours for your final approval. It's so easy! You will have an opportunity to make changes.
