"JACK DE MELLO PRESENTS STEEL GUITAR MAGIC HAWAIIAN STYLE" - MUSIC OF POLYNESIA MOP 31000 - STEREO - 1978 - Condition: Vinyl: VG++/Jacket:VG+. This album is simply a "tour de force" of great steel players taking turns of the Hawaiian songs you know and love best. I think all the chestnuts (er, coconuts) are here, from Pearly Shells to Blue Hawaii to Hula Hands to Wedding Song to...well, you get the picture (which you really do, on the cover). This is great stuff. Teamed with the fine Uke album listed elsewhere it makes an Hawaiian sampler beyond compare. The record quality is near perfect, and the jacket has a couple of little dings to bring it "down" to a VG+, but it looks great as you can see. As the title accurately states, this is indeed "Steel Guitar Magic." Bid confidently and often! Thanks. |
