Description:  This listing is for the book shown.   It is in excellent condition for it's age.   What is really cool is that it has a hand-made leather book cover which is tight and sturdy.   That alone is a great historical artifact of the 18th century.

The handmade cover seems to protect calf? leather original cover; though I can't see much of the original cover since the handmade one is tight and secure.  

You will be pleased with the tight original binding of the book which previously was owned by Penrose W. Bowens who was a prominent attorney in Philadelpha PA at the time.

12. Condition:   There is some wear to the cover, but not much considering it's age.   Some soiling, but my personal opinion, again, is not much for age.   Tight binding.  Little or no foxing.
