If I recall correctly Greymourn are one of the troop types for the Dark Eden equivalent of the Imperial Faction. Most of the Dark Eden stuff is so cool it hardly matters though, this guy would work extremely well in 40K or pretty much any SF or modern game.

I will always attempt to be fair with shipping in the USA and any additional fees I add cover the costs I incur due to purchasing quality shipping and packing supplies.

Important International Shipping Information

In May of 2007 the US Postal Service changed international shipping rates and conditions. There is no longer any surface mail outside the USA. In addition there was an increase of about 15% on the cost of all international rates. My shipping charges reflect the cost of purchasing quality shipping materials as well as the time and effort spent in filling proper customs forms out and having to stand in line to ship parcels.

I am aware that many USA eBay sellers no longer accept bids from outside the USA because of the increase in difficulty to get the packages mailed. I'll always keep my auctions open to non-USA buyers unless the item is too difficult or expensive to ship.

PayPal from International buyers

If you purchase an item or have a total of multiple items that are over $50 I may require Global Priority shipping. It does cost more but it reduces my risk because the packages sent in that manner have tracking. My long experience on eBay has taught me that the rare bad buyer can end up costing a single seller quite a bit of money by exploiting PayPal and the only real defense I have against that type of buyer is demanding a shipping method that allows me to prove a package arrived.
