About Florida Music:
Florida Music Company is an Authorized Dealer in the products we offer in our Ebay Store. As such, we have to comply with manufacturers minimum advertised pricing guidelines (MAP pricing).
We are a real store, and a real company, and a fully authorized dealer for every product we sell, so you know you will not be given the runaround or have your time wasted by us.
The products come with full manufacturers warranty and are new in their factory cartons, no used or re-packaged products are offered unless they are clearly marked as such. In the case of a re-packaged product, the item has been thoroughly tested and carries the same warranty as "new".

We only ship using UPS. Some international orders for SMALL and LOW VALUE items may go via USPS Express Mail International, and they are noted as such.
We CANNOT ship on your shipping account, please don't ask us to do this.
We can't ship to PO Boxes. Sorry.
International orders: Please email with item and postal code for a shipping quote, or simply use the eBay shipping calculator.
Due to difficulties with verification, We reserve the right to require a confirmation of your address for all Credit Card and Paypal orders!

Our store hours are from 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to answer all questions and emails within 24 hours, or by Monday for weekend enquiries.
USA PayPal Users: We will ship to confirmed shipping addresses only!
USA Credit Card Users: We can only ship to the registered billing address of your credit card, or to a secondary shipping address as long as it is also registered with your credit card, and can be verified with your credit card company. If a secondary shipping address cannot be verified by us with your credit card company, we will ship to the registered billing address.
International Credit Card Users: We currently can only accept American Express credit cards for International orders.
International Paypal Users: International Paypal accounts must be verified and confirmed by Paypal. International Paypal accounts that are not verified and confirmed may be expected to provide additional proof of shipping address. If proof is not able to be provided, we may be unable to complete the order. The proof required will be in the form of a copy of an official document such as a utility bill, driver license, etc. which shows the purchaser's name and the shipping address. It must be sent and approved prior to shipment of the purchase. Proof can be sent as an email attachment referencing the purchaser's Ebay user ID and the item purchased to sales@floridamusicco.com
Any questions on shipping etc can be answered via email prior to purchase. Once you purchase you are expected to follow through and complete the sale. You will receive an unpaid item strike and negative feedback if you do not send payment in a timely fashion, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

Feedback: We will be happy to leave feedback after the sale is complete, you have paid, recieved the product that you have ordered and have left feedback for us.
We attempt to have all items in stock when we place them on ebay. We run two websites, a walk-in store and an ebay store, so occasionally we may have a short wait before we can get your product out to you. In the instance of us running out of a product, we make every attempt to pull the item off of ebay immediately. We receive stocking orders on a daily basis, and products do sometimes turn up as being backordered from the manufacturers. When this happens, we let our customer know immediately about the situation, the wait time for the item, and give them the option to cancel.

Our item descriptions are the very latest available from their manufacturers. We are not responsible for any discrepancies, differences or inaccuracies. You, the customer, are ENTIRELY responsible for researching the product that you intend to buy, prior to purchasing.

Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, after that all sales are final.
You must call us at 1-800-378-7599 to request an RMA number, we cannot accept any returns without one. When you recieve the RMA number, please write it clearly on the side of the outside shipping box (not the product box!). After recieving the number, you have 10 days to return the product to us. After that, the RMA is void.
Faulty/Non-Working Items: In the case of all faulty products, we will exchange for another of the same product. If we have run out of the product, we will refund the item total.
All returns will be tested, if the damaged item reaches us for testing and turns out to be in full working order, we can either (a) ship back to you, at your expense, or (b) accept the item back as a return, and charge a minimum of 25% restocking fee (possibly more, if there is any cosmetic damage to the item).
Dissatisfaction/"It Didn't Do What I Thought It Would": In this case, we can accept a return, but we charge a minimum of 25% restocking fee, more may be charged if there are any scratches or damage to the unit.
You are responsible for all shipping back to us, and shipping back to you. Shipping cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
No returns on any software, or hardware that is bundled with registerable software.

Echo MiaMidi

Echo MiaMidi offers a pair of balanced 1/4 inch analog inputs and outputs and operates at the +4dBu levels used by pro-audio gear.
