International Shipping: As of 01 October 2005, we ONLY ship to other countries (including Canada) using USPS Express Mail International! This can be quite expensive, but the shipments are traceable, and will reach the destination quickly. The only exception to this is for Canadian orders for less than $80; those will be shipped via Air Letter Post unless you pay for Express Mail International. Additionally, we declare the value of the merchandise as purchased; we are a legally registered business, and could get fined if we don't. IF YOU DON'T LIKE EITHER OF THESE POLICIES, PLEASE DON'T BID ON OR PURCHASE THE ITEM FROM US! We try to be one of the lowest priced (if not *the* lowest priced) ebayer, but would rather you buy from someone else rather than haggle over a few dollars in shipping costs or customs charges.
Shipping Method: We use the US Postal System (USPS) for shipping. Shipping to non-APO U.S. addresses will be sent First Class with Delivery Confirmation (tm) tracking. Shipping to APO and Canadian addresses (if total is less than $80) will be sent First Class/Airmail Parcel Post, but cannot include tracking because the package will leave the USPS system. We use USPS Express Mail International for overseas shipments so that the shipment can be tracked.
Figure Packaging: All figures are shipped in BOXES, to protect your investment. Check out our feedback and see that we ship fast, and we ship well!
Trading Card Packaging: Cards are shipped in a padded envelope or a box, depending on the quantity. Check out our feedback and see that we ship fast, and we ship well!
Pictures: Unless otherwise stated in the description, all pictures are representative; the actual item may vary slightly.
End of Auction: We must receive communication from the winner within 4 calendar days, and full payment within 7 calendar days, of the close of the auction, or he/she will be reported to E-Bay and get a negative report. "Communication" is defined as email, PayPal payment, or invoice acceptance.
All Sales Final: No refunds or returns, unless you purchased the optional insurance (see below), or if the product you received is different from the listing. We double-check each listing to make sure there are no surprises to the buyer! If you have a question, please ask it BEFORE bidding!
Payment: We only accept PayPal from non-U.S. buyers. We accept PayPal and U.S. money orders from U.S. buyers.
Check-Out: We send invoices once or twice a day. Please wait for the invoice if you want combined shipping (ebay sometimes calculates it incorrectly).
Optional Insurance: We us an in-house insurance system. We will replace or refund your order in the case of loss or damage for an additional $1.30 per $50.00 won. This is completely optional. We are not responsible once we ship your package using the U.S. Postal Service. We will not give refunds on lost orders that were not insured.
Combine Auctions and Save on Shipping! You can combine separate auctions/store listings into one shipment to save on shipping charges. Please wait for an invoice to combine shipping. Each listing after the first one is an additional 25 cents (for US addresses) or 50 cents (for international addresses), unless the listing is for a "set" or "lot" of many figures/cards.
