SHIPPING:  ALL of my items are shipped USPS or UPS Ground.  ALL items are opened, inspected and resealed before being packaged for shipment.   ALL are shipped within 24 Hours of Payment being received (Expect for purchases made on weekends or Holidays which are shipped on the first business day that follows). Nothing leaves here without a tracking number. ALL shipping labels are done on line through PayPal.  I email each of my customers with their tracking information, please check your ebay messages shipping information is emailed as soon as label is printed. I deliver all my packages to the post office daily but the United States Postal Service will no longer scan items as being received so it sometimes takes a couple of days for them to show up in the system.  I have a UPS daily pickup their items are scanned at the time they pick them up.

FLAT SHIPPING RATE ON THIS ITEM:  Calculated

INSURANCE: Ebay is no longer allowing Sellers to offer insurance as an option so we are forced to either add it on as a shipping and handling charge, increase the selling price (which they take there percentage out of) or not provide it at all. If I were to add it into my shipping and handling it would make my shipping charges look outrageous in comparison to other dealers so I have chosen not to add it. ALL orders shipped UPS will have insurance. It will be left optional for other shipping methods until ebay removes it. 

INSURANCE CLAIMS: I handle all my customers insurance claims for my customers. Broken or defective pieces will be replaced or refunded immediately. 

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: I offer shipping discounts on ALL multi-purchases being shipped to the same address in the United States. My discounts vary so most of the time ebay invoicing does not pick up my discounts properly.  The easiest way to ensure you get the correct shipping discounts is to request me to send you a combined invoice, if I haven't already done so. If for some reason you do pay to much, rest assured the overpayment will be refunded! Discounts range from $1.00 to $2.25 for each additional item. Remember on orders over $150.00 shipping is FREE.  If you have a problem with the flat shipping rate being charged on an item please contact me and we’ll work something out.

SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS:  I will be glad to ship your purchase to any address requested. I provide gift wrapping and have even included personal notes when requested.  Please contact me and let me know that your purchase is going to a different address than what is stated on ebay.  Paypal customers can make the address change at time of payment.  If you put a note with your payment  they are at the bottom of the payment page and honestly when I get in a hurry I have been known to miss them. So please email me and that way I’ll look for the change.

I provide packaged weight to all my overseas customers so you are able to look for other shipping methods if you wish. NO addition charges are added to USPS International Priority or Express shipping. Insurance is included in these rates.
