We are happy to accept PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.) If you do not have a PayPal account, ebay will prompt you to either open a PayPal account or to enter your credit card information for payment. If you already have a PayPal account, ebay will prompt you to pay using your PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account and would like to pay by credit card instead, simply contact us to arrange payment.
Payment is expected within 3 days unless buyer contacts us to make other arrangements. Please notify us if there will be a delay in payment.
If 7 days have passed and payment has not been received an unpaid item dispute will be filed.
If another 7 days passes after the dispute has been opened, buyer will receive an unpaid item strike.
Combined Shipping:
If you will be buying more than one item from us, please wait until you are done shopping and then contact us, before making payment, to request a combined invoice. This way, you can take advantage of our combined shipping. Also, please keep in mind that our shipping MAXIMUM is $14.95 within the USA... so no matter how many items you purchase from our store at one time, the shipping will not be more than $14.95!
We combine shipping as follows: Full shipping charge for item with the highest shipping cost. Then shipping for each additional item purchased is between $.95 - $1.95 depending on the size and weight of the additional items.
Shipment of Orders:
We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. If there is a delay in shipping you will be notified.
We ship using USPS 1st class and USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail. Select items ship via Parcel Post or Media Mail as noted.
We take great pride in carefully packaging our items. If your item is not received in perfect condition, please let us know immediately.
If you require your items to arrive very quickly, please contact us to see if they will arrive in time using standard shipping methods.
International Orders:
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO Military addresses - US rates apply.
We ship worldwide! The shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the items being purchased.
If you are unsure of the shipping prices outside the USA please contact us with a list of what you'd like to purchase before bidding. We will be happy to provide a shipping quote.
International shipping usually takes 6-10 business days for delivery. Some parcels will arrive in 4-5 days, while others may take up to 2 weeks. We can not control when the package will arrive once it leaves our hands.
We are not able to mark custom forms as "gifts" nor claim lower item value in order to allow the buyer to avoid paying taxes/duties on the items. This is against eBay policy as well as USPS regulations.
The $14.95 shipping maximum that is advertised is for US Shipping only.

Refunds:
