Condition of item: 
Please understand that a lot of the items we sell are old, & as such, demonstrate characteristics of age, which may include loose fabric threads, scratches around the base, bubbles (popped or not), crazing, pattern & shape irregularities, straw marks or mold marks, & pontils (Rod attached in Glass Blowing, then removed) that are not highly ground, are unfinished and may have ash in them. Old Period hand blown glass was produced in dirty conditions & frequently has ash or dirt spots. Some items inherently develop what is considered normal age cracks, crazing, discoloration, etc due to its age. All of these features are expected to occur in Very old Items of these genres. We will not accept a return on an item because it has the features stated above. We will describe as accurately as we can, any chips, cracks or other damage that would impact the VALUE of the piece, so you can bid accordingly.
