Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is optional for each item your purchase. It's only $2 per item. We do not believe in making you purchase this insurance as it's your item. However if you don't purchase the shipping insurance and your item arrives damaged weather it be slightly damaged, severely damaged or damaged to the point where it no longer works, you agree to accept the loss and not hold us responsible or complain to eBay or PAYPAL. As you can see from our feedback we package most items very well, however our excellent track record doesn't mean damages won't occur on occasion so keep this in mind.

Returns: If your items is guaranteed against DOA or guaranteed to be working upon arrival, we will allow you to return it if the major function of the items sold does not work. These returns will be done according to the following rules: All returns must arrive within 14 days. They can be sent via FedEx or the Post Office. Brand New Sealed items must remain sealed or they may not be returnable. All other items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent out in. Refunds don't include shipping. Parts a non-returnable. All orders returned without defect are subject to a small restocking fee to cover our labor costs. (Note: we do not refund shipping costs for either the item being send to you or for the item to be returned to us, these costs are paid by you the buyer.  In cases where we are offering a free shipping promotion any refund will be minus the actual cost we paid to ship an item.) (Exception: If we send you a completely different product, if you order a toaster and we send you a blanket, we will cover shipping. - Example: If we send you a toaster, but the toaster is the wrong color or doesn't work we will not refund shipping.) If your item is sold as is, then there are no returns, no refunds and no negative feedback. Note: If we do not specify an item is guaranteed against DOA or state otherwise, then your item is sold as is.
