• Standard Warranty: Includes a Standard warranty as stated in the description from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects such as dead-on-arrival (DOA) which is within 7 days. If the item is DOA(dead on arrival), the customer must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer has 7 days to inspect the product & report DOA. After 7 days item can only be exchanged.
  (Defective units returned will be tested before sending a replacement or refund.So pls be sure of what you said.)
   The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
