Why should I buy from you?  There are lots of places to buy similar stuff on ebay.  What makes you so special?

What separates us from the rest is that we want you to be happy.  If you're happy, you'll buy from us again and tell your friends.  Getting one sale from you is great, but we want the next sale from you and the next one after that.  It isn't worth a few bucks to us to have one unhappy customer.  If you are unhappy, tell us and let us try to fix the problem.  How many sellers will say that?

Yeah, so, there are lots of other sellers on ebay.  Are you saying the rest of them will rip me off?

No, of course not.  But, beware of what people sell on ebay.  Many sellers on here will charge you an exhorbitant amount for shipping.  Many will "claim" to provide discount shipping only when you contact them, they'll tell you they'll take a quarter off the shipping price for each additional item.  We never do that.  Our combined shipping policy is clearly spelled out for those to see.  No tricky or cheap discounts.  Simple as that.  Also, when comparing our films to those of others, take note of not only the price of the item, but also the content.  You'll see that we not only offer more content per package then our competition, and not only at the cheapest shipping, but also at the cheapest price too.

What kind of permits, codes, restrictions, paperwork, etc., do I need to deal with before I build your shed/garage/gazebo, etc?

We can't answer that.  Every county in every state has different requirements.  We encourage you to check with your local building department before beginning your project.  Different regions also have different building codes and requirements.  It is your responsibility that whatever structure you build complies with those codes.  Remember, it doesn't matter where you bought the plan, or what plan you are using, or if you are even using a plan, you are ultimately responsible for the safety of the structure you build, so you will need to ensure whatever you are building complies with your local safety codes and construction standards.  There is nothing more important that the safety of your loved ones.  With that in mind, if you are inexperienced in construction, and are tackling a large project such as a shed, garage, gazebo, etc., you should verify all that you are doing with someone who is more experienced.

What if my disk arrives damaged?

We offer a no muss, no fuss guarantee that all damaged disks are replaced free of charge.

What if I can't get this disk to work right?  I have a Intel motherboard, a cpu xxxx, etc etc?  Can you assist me?

With regards to our items that contain software:  Occasionally we may decide to sell some disks that contain various open source software.  Please be advised that if you are purchasing one of those disks, it is your responsibility to ensure system compatibility.  I will do my very best to describe the software to the best of my ability, but I will not guarantee that it will work flawlessly on your system.  It is entirely your responsibility to research the software, make sure your system can run it, and be prepared to install and troubleshoot it if necessary.  Again, I do my best to describe it with the information I have, but there are an infinite number of system configurations out there, and I will not be responsible for you being unable to install 3rd party software on your system.  Please keep this in mind before purchasing, as all sales are final in this area.  Basically, I am not in a position to provide one on one technical support on these low cost items, please be aware of that fact before purchasing.

Have you bought plans on CD's on ebay before only to be disappointed? Did you buy a CD only to find a bunch of useless links on it?  Did you buy a disc and when it arrives it doesn't work and you can't contact the seller?

Many sellers on ebay who we won't name are selling discs full of links and other garbage instead of what you are looking for.  Why would you want to buy a disc full of links??  All of our plans are in PDF format right on the disc.  No links, no garbage that sends you on the internet to some website. 

All of our discs are tested before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.  In VERY RARE cases does a disc get damaged and rendered unreadable in shipment.  If our disc shows up and it won't read on your DVD or CD Drive, let us know, an we'll replace it.  If you are unsatisfied in any way, let us know, we want you to be happy.

In some cases, customers bought DVD ROM discs and tried to play them on their CD ROM.  In those cases, it is not our responsibility for your hardware compatibility issues.  ALL of our DVD's are clearly marked as DVD's in the auction listing.

Pay through PayPal using:

1. We accept PayPal as our only form of payment.  We do not accept any other form of payment.  Sorry, but no exceptions.

2. All items will be shipped within 1 business day to your PayPal address. We will only ship to your PayPal verified address, (we do not review or ship to your ebay address, we only look at your PayPal address).  While this may seem like a "customer unfriendly" policy, this is a fraud prevention technique and is for the consumer's protection, as well as ours.  It is also per PayPal policy.  If you do not hear from us, please assume your package went out as promised.  We will only contact you if there is a problem.

3. All items are shipped by USPS first class mail.  In an effort to keep our costs down, that are passed along as low prices to you, all of our disks are packaged and shipped in economic sleeves and mailers.  We do not believe in charging you an extra 3 or 4 dollars like some people out there just to throw in a 25 cent plastic case.

4. TO USA CUSTOMERS:  Most times, your package will arrive in about 5 days after we ship them depending on where you are at.  However, lately the Post Office it seems has not been very cooperative with us and we've had a couple of customers wait a few days longer than that.  For that, we apologize.  Please understand that we cannot control the Post Office, so we can't guarantee a delivery time.  Please wait at least a week and half before you get all upset with us.  And if it still doesn't show up, contact us.  We've yet to knowingly have a customer who is not satisfied.  The only unhappy customers we have are those that don't bother to contact us and don't give us a chance to fix the problem for them.

   TO NON-USA CUSTOMERS:  Same deal above,  except your packages typically have been taking about 2 weeks or so after we ship them.  We've noticed that maybe 20% of overseas customers have been waiting as long as 4+ weeks for these shipments.  The only explanation we can come up with is that it must be stuck in some container in some dock waiting on customs clearance.  It happens, and for those 20% of customers, we apologize, but there is very little we can do about that.  Your disk will arrive or we will replace it.

5. Multiple items purchased by the same customer may or may not be shipped in the same package, at our discretion.  We do not offer any additional discounts on multiple items other than the ones noted above.

6. Every effort has been made to accurately describe the contents of this collection.  On very very rare occasions, typographical errors may occur and we may make an innocent mistake.  These items are described to the very best of our abilities, and in as much detail as possible.

Feedback Policy:

Please offer us a chance to fix any problems before leaving us negative feedback for any reason by emailing us first with your problem.  The only thing we ask from our customers is that if they have a problem, that they give us a chance to fix the problem for them before they leave bad feedback.  If negative feedback is left without any prior communication, we will assume you are no longer interested in communicating and working things out.
