US BUYERS

Payment

• We accept Paypal.
• Payment must be received within seven days of purchase.
• Indiana residents will be required to pay state sales tax ~ sorry.....it's the law!!!

Shipping

• WE DO DISCOUNT & COMBINE SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES ~ Add $1.00 for each additional auction won!!!  Highest shipping price prevails if purchasing multiples ~ so you pay the highest shipping price of all items + $1.00 for each additional auction.
• We usually ship within two business days of receipt of cleared payment.
• Most shipments are sent via media mail service and generally take 2-9 business days for delivery.  Folks in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico should anticipate an even longer transit time for packages.
• Tracking & delivery confirmation are provided on all shipments.  You will receive an email when we print your shipping label.  The tracking number will then appear under this item in your MY EBAY.  Click on the tracking number to check delivery status.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Payment

• We accept Paypal.
• Payment must be received within seven days of purchase.
• All customs fees and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer ~ and.....please don't ask us to falsify customs forms ~ they call me the EBAY BOOK LADY  at the post office and they KNOW  I don't send GIFTS  to anyone outside the USA.

Shipping

• We usually ship within two business days of receipt of cleared payment.
• You will receive an message via your MY EBAY / MY MESSAGES  after your package has been delivered to the Post Office.
• An itemized packing slip will be included with your shipment.
• We will combine shipping on multiple purchases, however, since postal rates are all based on the weight and destination of the package, the rates can vary tremendously from one country to the next.  So please ask for a shipping quote before purchasing multiples.
• The FLAT RATE BOXES  offer the best deal on international shipping.  It costs the same to mail them no matter how much the box weighs.  And we can get LOTS  of great books inside these boxes!!!

Returns

We will gladly accept returns (at our expense), if the wrong item was sent.  And this does happen on rare occasions as we are human and do make mistakes.  So if this is the case, please let us know ASAP and we will make it right just as quick as we can.

Emails

We will gladly answer emails with questions concerning an item.  Please reread the description before sending a message to us as most of the queries we get can be answered on your own.  Hope that doesn't sound too terribly awful, but with hundreds of active ebay items at any given moment, we just don't have the time.  Oh, just in case you haven't read our ABOUT ME  page, this is a family run business located in a commercial office building......so no smoke and no pets!!!!

And.......the best way to get in touch with us is via MY EBAY / MY MESSAGES.  Anything sent regular email will most like get caught up in our spam filter and never even be seen.

Invoices

You may request an invoice to get the discounted combined shipping rates or just change the total yourself.  Ebay and Paypal rarely get the amount right when you attempt to pay.  Or, we will send you an invoice with the discounted charges, usually within 24 hours.

Feedback

Feedback is left for the buyer after it has been left for us.  This lets us know that you are pleased and that the transaction is thus complete.  We also participate vigorously in the NON-PAYING BIDDER  program.
