A few things about how we work:

We sell our items through another venue besides ebay and, although we do our best to keep things updated, there is an occasional overlap in orders/purchases and items may be out of stock. If this situation occurs, we will accommodate our customers to the fullest extent possible. We update multiple times per day, and do our best to keep inventory amounts correct.

When multiples of a yarn are purchased, we do our best to make sure they are from the same dye lots. However, we cannot guaranty this, so please inquire if this would be an issue for you.

Timely payment is appreciated.

We cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipment. If you are concerned, please purchase insurance by including $1.70 on your payment.

We are happy to combine shipping charges on multiple winning auctions or 7 day fixed price listings. A 20% discount will be applied to your total shipping charges, so the more you buy the more you save! Just send an invoice request after you are done purchasing.

Yarn and all other items that already have a discount in place do not qualify for the additional discount. Please don’t ask us to change this policy.

We ship through USPS PRIORITY MAIL or FIRST CLASS.

We ship anywhere from 2 times to 5 times per week.
