Step It Up Family Shoes ships via United States Postal Service when possible. We believe the service and price is unbeatable when shipping by USPS. We also highly recommend Priority Mail for domestic shipping which has a normal delivery time of 2 to 3 days anywhere in the continental United States and 3 to 4 days for Hawaii and Alaska as well as Puerto Rico. Step It Up Family Shoes will ship International shipments by Priority International (which includes insurance) unless the buyer agrees to accept liability for loss or damage to the International Shipment. The normal delivery time for Priority International is 4 to 10 days and First Class International is 6 to 14 days. Sometimes when shipping outside the United States the parcels will be held up in Customs and by using Priority International we are able to track the item after 14 days, First Class Internationa Packages can not be tracked. Although we have had very little problem with damage in shipping, we also highly recommend the purchase of insurance for domestic shipments. If we ship something without insurance and it is lost or damaged during shipment, it will not be repaired or replaced by Step It Up Family Shoes. We combine shipping on all orders, there is a 4.00 handling fee(already in shipping calculation) included on first pair of shoes, this fee will be deducted on any further purchases. Combined shipping will only be available for three days from initial purchase. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
