Please note all large items are shipped by freight and any damages need to be noted at the time of delivery on both copies of the invoice from the delivery company otherwise we are not responsible for damages in transit. Shipping insurance is optional for each item but we are not responsible for items damaged in transit unless the extra value insurance has been paid for before shipping and the damages are noted. If you receive an item with damage please keep all packaging and e-mail us with your Name, address and phone number, and the tracking number on the package so we ca nstart the claims process. Do not refuse the package or you will be charged all shipping costs both ways . We ship out most items in 3-5 business days from date of payment but some delays may occur but if demand exceeds our supply please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. We ship out UPS ground or other carriers for all our smaller items. Larger items are freight shipped and may have a longer delay in shipping due to the large size of the items.

Payment must be received with-in 7 days of invoice date or we will file a non-paying bidder report and you may be suspended from e-bay for non-payment. All sofas and custom ordered sofas are non-refundable. All custom ordered furniture is non-refundable so please be sure you like the item and the color choice before ordering, please call us if you have any questions or would like any fabric swatches. All of our furniture is brand new from the importer in it's original box and packaging, some items may be re-packaged for shipment. We do not stock these items so we can bring you the lowest prices. We do require photos of any damages to the items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by damage claims. Damage during shipping has to go thru the claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping insurance is paid for. Please ask us any questions you might have by e-mail before you purchase and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All non-custom orders that are returned will incur a 20% restocking fee, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Money Back

20 % re-stocking fee applies to all returns.  Return authorization required prior to returning merchandise, any shipments that are just refused upon delivery will be charged all shipping to and from plus a 40% re-stocking fee with no prior autorization.  Items must be un-assembled and in it's original packaging and insured wit hthe return shipping agent, if your item is damaged when it arrives back you will be notified and will need to file a claim with your shipping company.
