PAYMENT

For your convenience you can now pay with PayPal even if you don't have an account with them!!  Pay with your credit card, debit card, checking account or account balance via Paypal. It is safe and convenient.  Payment must be received within 5 days of ended listing. If payment is not received or you have not contacted us after this period of time, we will file an unpaid item claim, re-list the item and you will receive a negative feedback.

All winning bidders are responsible for payment regardless of whom made the bid. Please be a serious bidder.

SHIPPING

Most of our items are shipped directly from our distributor's warehouse. This helps us to keep prices low. Items will be shipped as soon as payment clears.  The shipping service used is normally UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post. Delivery time given by a carrier is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. All international delivery times depend upon the package clearing customs.  Should you need your item by a specific date, shipping may be arranged through other methods at an extra charge.  Our shipping costs include postage charges and shipping materials.

TERMS OF SALES

We offer return/exchanges. Just follow our return policy. Your satisfaction is our goal, so please contact us if you want to return your item.  You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will email within 48 hours authorizing the return. 

 EXCHANGES

If your item doesn't fit, you may exchange it for the right size. Once you contact us, you'll receive authorization and instructions for shipping the exchange back to us.  Your exchange will ship once the returned item is received and shipping charges paid. If no other size is available a refund will be issued for the item price.  Please note that all returned merchandise must contain the original tag and original packaging  No returns/exchanges will be accepted without original tag and original packaging. No exceptions.
