This was a shelf display and is dusty...I will do my best to dust off...I will leave fine cleaning to the new owner.

This means that your local carrier HAS to scan your item BEFORE they put it into your mailbox. Any item that has shown to be delivered on Pay-Pal or USPS.com, but buyer is saying they did not get, needs to be reported to your local post office or mail carrier. I cannot do anything about packages stolen from your mailbox as it is a federal offense and need to be reported. I will refund the buyer once item has been returned in the condition sold. After inspection of item, I will then refund purchase price in the method the item was paid for. Buyer Remorse- Should the Buyer decide item is not what they want, I will refund the purchase price minus the relist fee once the item has been returned to me in the condition in which it was sold.
