Return Policy:

Because of the nature of the items sold, returns are not permitted. If there is a problem with an item due to manufacturer's defect, please message us with your questions or concerns.

Exchanges may be permitted on swimwear due to manufacturer's defect. All products must be returned in their original packaging, with hygienist liner and tags attached. All shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.

Please make sure its the size before placing your bids. There are no exchanges if you bid on the wrong size. Please read the description carefully to make sure the size and color is correct. If you have any questions, please message us before you place your bid.

Shipping Policy:

We will ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. We will combine shipping for all winning bids shipped to the same location. Combined shipping is only allowed within the 7-day auction listing period starting with your first winning item. For security purposes, and to prevent unintentional and malicious over-buying, we allow only 5 items for combined shipping.

Discounts will apply as follows:

For USA Customers:

The first item will be billed at the regular shipping rate of $3.85. Any additional items will be billed at $2.00 for each winning item. At the end of the auction, invoice for the total amount and discounted shipping will be billed.

For Canadian Customers:

The first item will be billed at the regular shipping rate of $5.85. Any additional items will be billed at $3.00 for each winning item. At the end of the auction, invoice for the total amount and discounted shipping will be billed.

For Other International Customers:

The first item will be billed at the regular shipping rate of $7.85. Any additional items will be billed at $3.00 for each winning item. At the end of the auction, invoice for the total amount and discounted shipping will be billed.

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A CONFIRMED ADDRESS UNDER PAYPAL'S BUYERS AND SELLERS PROTECTION POLICY. PLEASE SEE PAYPAL'S ADDRESS CONFIRMATION.
