Refunds & Returns: In the rare event that a problem may arise, with proper communication, I will do my best to find a solution and fix the problem. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact me prior to any returns via e-mail at thehairpros@comcast.net so that we may discuss the situation and reach an amicable agreement to a solution. Items returned without prior communication with me will NOT be exchanged or refunded. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item(s). 
Returns due to OUR error - If a mistake was made in fulfilling your order or in regards to fulfillment of an insurance claim, then you may exchange the item or request a full or partial refund. All shipping costs will be OUR responsibility, please ship the package back to us using USPS. Please remember to contact me prior to returning the item and for additional details. Items returned without prior communication with me will NOT be exchanged or refunded.
Non-Defective Returns - If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect (for example; do not not like the item, size or color, etc.), you may exchange the item for another identical item. If you choose to exchange the item, then you are responsible for all shipping costs (shipping to me and then shipping back to you). There are no refunds on non-defective merchandise. All returned items must be in original unused, factory condition. Returns not in original factory condition or with missing or damaged items will not be accepted. USED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Please ship the package back to us using USPS and remember to contact me prior to returning the item and for additional details. Items returned without prior communication with me will NOT be exchanged.
