I ship all items in a plastic bag and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. This is to protect your item so that it gets to you safe and dry.
 
[2] Delivery confirmation is purchased by the seller for items that sell for a minimum of $10 [not including shipping/handling] inside of the USA only. Delivery confirmation is not available for International shipments, unless the buyer purchases Express Mail [which is expensive].
 
[3] We ship internationally, but do not ship to countries where mailing service has been a major issue. Those currently include: Bulgaria, Hungary, Venezuela, Armenia, and Russia.
