BRAND NEW HANDMADE PATCHWORK CHRISTMAS TREE SKIRT!

 

I made this tree skirt the same way as I would a patchwork quilt. 

I used  6" fabric squares made from 100% cotton Christmas fabric in various designs and sewed them together to make the tree skirt.

The colors in this skirt are blues, reds and greens.  Around  the edge of the skirt I sewed a pretty dark green ruffle with white lace on top. 

These skirts take a long time to make so I only have a few each year.  Every skirt I make is unique and no two are exactly the same!

There is new 4 oz. batting between the layers of fabric, the back is a solid red color.  I machine sewed it together and then hand-tied the skirt with yarn.

Approximate width of the skirt is 44".

THIS WOULD MAKE AN EXCELLENT AND UNIQUE CHRISTMAS GIFT, GUARANTEED NOT TO BE DUPLICATED, AND WOULD BE A KEEPSAKE FOR YEARS TO COME!
