Shipping within the United States

Orders ship out within two business days; most orders will actually be shipped the next business day. All domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground. If you upgrade to Expedited Shipping your order will ship via FedEx 2Day Air, if you upgrade to Overnight Shipping your order will ship via FedEx Overnight Air. All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays. We only ship and do NOT have a pick up location. Customers with a shipping address in New York will be charged NYS Sales Tax.

A signature in person is required for delivery. If you will not be home during the day to sign for the package, please have the item shipped to your work address instead. We will NOT take off a signature requirement, there are NO exceptions to this rule.

P.O Boxes

We do not ship via USPS within the U.S so please make sure the address we receive from PayPal is not a P.O Box. We need a physical street address in order to ship out your order.

HI/PR/AK/APO

If your address is in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or an APO then you must select the expedited shipping option and pay the extra $10. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Service, not FedEx 2Day Air.

Tracking

You will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number 24 hours after your item ships. Please make sure your e-mail spam settings allow emails from tracking@thedealspots.com.

Please wait 3 business days before requesting tracking information. When requesting any information about your order please include your eBay ID used for the purchase.

Returns

Open your item carefully and retain all packaging and documentation. All of our products are brand new and are shipped to you in the same pristine condition we receive it from the factory or distributor. There should not be any problems if handled correctly and / or installed properly.

On the rare occasion a product seems defective please contact the respective manufacturer for technical support as most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical guidance. If after speaking to the manufacturer the item is deemed defective please e-mail us within 30 days of purchasing your item to ebay@thedealspots.com. Document the problem, the respective technical support reply, your eBay ID and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an EXCHANGE of the same item. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping; we will cover the shipping cost to send a replacement.

Beyond 30 days from the date of purchase we will no longer accept returns, please contact the respective manufacturer's technical support.

Do you have this item available in a different color? Do you have any accessories for this item?
All the items we carry are listed in our eBay store, if you do not see the item in alternate colors then that means we do not carry it. If you do not see any mention of accessories for the item and they are not listed in our eBay store, then we do not carry them.

Do you charge sales tax? Is it included in the Buy It Now price?
Sales Tax will be added onto the Buy It Now price as you go through the checkout for New York Residents ONLY. We do NOT charge sales tax for any other states aside from New York.

Do you accept Best Offers or will you sell to me for less than your buy it now price?
Sorry but NO. Our best price is always the Buy it Now Price. We do not respond to, nor accept best offers so please do not waste your time emailing us offering a lower price.

Can I pay with a method other than PayPal?
Sorry but NO. We accept payments via Paypal ONLY.

Can I change my shipping address AFTER I have already completed and submitted the payment?
NO. PayPal requires us to ship to the address that they send us in order to be covered under their seller protection program. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address is correct BEFORE making the purchase.

Can I pick up my item instead of having it shipped?
We do not have a storefront and therefore we do not allow anyone to pick up an item they’ve purchased. It does not matter how close you live, the item must ship.

How do I see the shipping rates for my country?
For shipping rates; please select your country at the bottom of the listing under shipping and handling.

My country is not listed; do you ship to my country?
If you cannot select your country to view the shipping rate then that means that we do not ship to your country.

I am an international customer; can you declare a lower value on the customs form?
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

I am an international customer, are there any additional costs above the shipping and Buy It Now price?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

I am an international customer; does this item have the proper voltage for my country? Does it have the correct maps for my country?
All Electrical items that we sell are U.S. Voltage only unless otherwise specified in the listing. Region Codes and Maps are all made for North America unless otherwise specified in the listing. Please keep the above in mind when purchasing.

When will my package be shipped? How will I know when it has been shipped?
All packages are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment M-F (excluding holidays). An automated tracking email will be sent to the email that you have listed on your Paypal account once your item has been shipped.

I'm missing my tracking number? Did you send it? I paid for the item 48 hours ago and I still don't have it? Where is it?
Yes we sent it; check your email that you have listed on your Paypal Account. Check your spam / bulk folder. This is completely automated and they are ALWAYS sent to the email that you have listed on your Paypal account. It can take up to 24 hours from the time an item is shipped to register into the FedEx or USPS online system so please wait at least 2 business days from the time you purchase before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your tracking number.

I checked the tracking number that I received by email and it only says "USPS was electronically notified on "X" date by the shipper to expect your package for mailing" on the USPS website but it does not actually tell me the EXACT day that you shipped my item? Did you ship my order out yet? If so when?
(For Domestic Shipments shipped via USPS) This is because USPS uses delivery confirmation numbers which as stated above; they cannot be tracked while in transit because USPS does not offer real time tracking for anything other than Overnight Express Mail for Domestic packages. This message "USPS was electronically notified by the shipper on "X" date to expect your package for mailing" is usually all that will show up online until your package has been delivered because packages are scanned when they are delivered to confirm delivery details like date, location, and time; which is what delivery confirmation numbers are for. All packages are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment M-F (excluding holidays).

When can I expect my order? How long does it take?
Usually only 3-5 Business Days from the shipping date for Domestic orders; 7-10 Business Days from the shipping date for International orders. Please wait at least 5 business days from the date of your shipment for domestic packages and 10 business days from the date of your shipment for international packages before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your package. It is always from the date of your shipment (48 hours after payment M-F); NOT from the date of your payment.

I am not home during the day and I noticed that you require a signature in order for the package to be delivered. Can you take off the signature requirement?
We cannot under any circumstances take off the signature requirement. You can call up FedEx and arrange to have your package picked up in person or we can reroute the package to an alternate address where you will be available to sign for it. FedEx charges $10 to reroute a package so to avoid this please make sure to purchase with an appropriate address where you will be available to sign for the package.

How does your return policy work?
