No reserve sale.  Non smoking home.  I gently launder the items by hand and hang to dry before selling them via ebay standards, unless there are tags, or if the fabric is too fragile.  I do combine shipping, adding only $2 for each additional item.  I pack everything the way I would want it packed if I were buying it, and mail everything USPS very discreetly.
