This lovely hand painted porcelain demitasse cup and saucer set was manufactured by Martial Redon & Co. in Limoges, France. This factory was in business from 1882 until 1896.

The cup stands 2 3/8" tall, and measures 2 1/2" in diameter across the top (without the handle).  It has 2 birds on a branch that is blooming white flowers. The branch continues around the cup. The background is a shaded sky blue. The cup is trimmed with gold, top and bottom. The curlicue handle is gold as well. There is slight wear to the gold on the handle.

The saucer measures 5" in diameter. It has a  branch with white flowers on one half. There is very light wear to the gold on the rim.

The overall condition is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.

• I usually offer a choice of Priority (fastest), Parcel Post (good for heavy packages), or First Class for packages under 13 ounces. Please understand that Parcel Post is Ground Shipping, and it will take longer.
