 Although very good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we would be pleased to get it back and send you the correct item at our cost if the item has not been washed. A full refund or exchange will be provided, according to your preference. If you decide to return the item(s) for any reason we will gladly refund you the cost minus the shipping fee.
