Policies

Domestic Shipping & Handling

The shipping and handling prices listed are for domestic shipments, and are our best estimates before the items are packed. With new postal regulations calculated by size as well as weight, it's difficult to make an accurate estimate of shipping cost on larger items. If there's a difference of $4 more or less than the quote for postage and $3 handling fee, we will issue a refund or notify you of the additional cost due. We ship on Wednesdays. Payments received and cleared by Tuesday will be shipped the next day. All shipping & handling costs will include Delivery Confirmation. Any auctions won that are over $250 will also require Signature Confirmation for an additional $1.95.

Domestic Insurance

Domestic insurance rates are as follows: $1.75 for up to $50, $2.25 to $100, $2.75 to $200, $4.70 to $300, $5.70 to $400, and $6.70 to $500. We can insure items to a maximum value of $500. We pack very well but are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Foreign Shipping / Handling & Insurance

Foreign shipments will be sent via USPS at cost plus insurance and a $3 handling fee per box. A minimum insurance of $50 at the cost of $2.50 is required to provide tracking for the item. You may insure up to $500 at the following rates: $2.50 up to $50 coverage, $3.40 up to $100, $4.40 up to $200, $5.40 up to $300, $6.40 up to $400, and $7.40 up to $500. Auctions won that are over $250 also required Return Receipt service for an additional $2.30 to confirm delivery. Please refer to the USPS web site at www.USPS.com to see what type of service and coverage is available to your specific country, at www.usps.com. We ship on Wednesdays. Canada insurance prices are the same as the domestic prices detailed below.

Combined Purchases

We will combine multiple purchases made on the same day to save you postage. DO NOT pay the individual automatic eBay invoice. Wait until we pack your items together, get a weight, and send you an invoice for the total. For multiple purchases we charge actual postage cost plus $3 handling fee per package.
