We only accept returns based on false or misleading ads. We do not accept returns for damage during shipping, once the product leaves our facility it is at the mercy of the postal carrier. We strongly advise our customers to insure their packages. It has been brought to our attention that some of our previous cards may have a lingering faint smoke smell please note this if you are allergic/sensitive as we do not refund for this smell. Please be aware that all of our cards are aired out or we use Febreeze and fabric sheets to take as much of the smell aways as possible. If you have any concern please be sure to bring this to our attention prior to bidding on the auction.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We only accept Paypal as a payment option. Please note that we do require insurance on some of our product and on others it is the buyer's choice. We highly recommend that insurance be purchased where applicable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our facility. Any reports of damages must go through the shipping agent and no refund will be given from our location. Refunds are only given for listings containing errors. All as is items may not be returned.
