TV tie in comic from Dell published in 1962 that is notorious for the drug abuse scenes edited out at the insistence of the Comics Code Authority. A few panels were included in the story showing a junkie shooting up but the final comic has the hypos removed from the scene! The back inside cover is an embellishment of one of these scenes and the needle is missing there too making the whole scene a bit pointless. Guess they thought we weren`t ready for reality in 1962! This is issue number 2 of this comic published in July 1962. FN-VF condition with a faint stain on the back cover. An unusual ish to say the least and a prime example of the power the Authority had over comics then!
