Up for auction, one used KO Propo EX-10 Helios Computerized FM Radio Transmitter. This radio is in very good used shape, it has very few scratches on it. The display is a little bit light on the left side for some reason, but it is completely legible. (I got a pretty good picture of what I am talking about.) The radio works perfectly. The battery tray is in good shape. This radio comes with a Spektrum SM1001 DSM transmitter module. The module is also in good shape, but the antenna tends to flop around a bit. (Rotate in the case loosely.) Not sure why. There is also a bit of glue or stickum on the module, visible in the pictures. Honestly, if this bothers the new owner, Spektrum is VERY good about replacing cases/antennas for no charge. (I just had one of my personal ones replaced, they were great about it.) If the new owner wants info on that, I can provide it. The EX-10 is almost identical to the JR Z1, which is what I use personally. These are GREAT radios. The manual is available here:

This transmitter really hasn't seen a lot of use, it could use a new home and some runtime! :)

Unfortunately, due to the increasing amount of dishonesty/problem bidders on Ebay lately, it is time for the dreaded fine print: I am an honest buyer/seller, and only want to deal with the same. Ebay policies and elevated USPS rates are making it increasingly difficult for honest sellers to do business, so unfortunately I have to change my policies accordingly:

INSURANCE: Ebay has done it again. You as a buyer no longer have the option to purchase insurance, so now it is the seller's responsibility to not only package and deliver items to the post office safely, now we are responsible for the post office's actions also. SO. Now you as a buyer are stuck having to pay for insurance for every item that I sell. It is now included in all shipping costs. That is why my shipping costs have gone up, and I am truly sorry to have to raise them.  

FEEDBACK:  When dealing with me, know that you are dealing with a man who prides himself on his honesty, integrity, and doing the right thing.
I sell items on Ebay because I enjoy it. My goal is to make a buck and to try to make people happy with good deals. Good feedback is something that is earned with quick payment and smooth transactions. If you purchase an item from me, pay for it within the payment guidelines, and don't prove yourself to be dishonest or a complete jerk, I ALWAYS leave feedback after it has been left for me. Sometimes it takes me a while as I do it periodically, all at once, when I am able to find time. Shipping items quickly and taking care of business always takes priority over my leaving feedback, so it may take a little while for me to get to it. PLEASE don't be a feedback beggar and hassle me to leave feedback, it wastes everyone’s time. If you are buying items from me just to increase your feedback score, then don’t. Buy items from me for the good deals and positive Ebay experience, the feedback is purely secondary. Ebay is time consuming enough without having to return pointless emails from people asking for positive feedback.

COMMUNICATION/QUESTIONS: Communication is good, both after and before the sale. I like answering valid questions and appreciate it when people point out something I may have missed when listing an auction. I put as much information in my listings as I can, as well as links to manufacturers’ websites and the items themselves. If this information is in the auction, please use it before asking questions. I want people to know what they are buying and be happy after the sale, so I put a lot of effort into describing/picturing the items accurately. I cannot remember the last time someone had a problem with my descriptions, usually they are happily surprised because I am overly critical of my items!         

SHIPPING: I ship my items usually within a day, sometimes the same day as paid. I will no longer ship anything internationally. (USPS changed their customs forms, they are very time consuming to fill out.) Ebay also has very little seller protection for international sales, and I have been burned too many times. Occasionally I will ship something to Canada, but if it is not listed as shipable to Canada then I can't do it. If I do ship something to Canada, I will NEVER falsify customs forms, so please don't ask me to. The value paid for an item is what goes on the customs forms. Shipping from me to the rest of the US is usually extremely quick, but sometimes things get held up. When I print postage, the delivery confirmation number will automatically get sent to your Paypal email address. 

PAYMENT: Please pay for your items within three days. I can work with people on large/expensive purchases if they need more time to make arrangements.  Items that are not paid within a week get reported to Ebay so that I can get some of my fees returned, then they are relisted. Items that are paid for quickly get shipped quickly. I ship daily, things that are paid by the time the mail lady comes by get shipped the same day. I have been known to make special trips to the post office in the middle of the night for people that treat me right. I am happy to start taking $ orders again, but if they are not received within 7 days, I will have to relist the item.     

RETURNS: Ebay is now requiring that sellers specify whether or not we can accept returns, so now I have to write this to clarify: If you buy something from me, then it is yours. Please be sure you want to own/pay for any items before you bid. Due to the huge amount of dishonesty that Ebay allows (and supports with their anti-seller policies) I can not take items back. If however, I screw up and list something incorrectly, or there is a flaw or problem that I miss in the description, then please contact me about it so that I can make it right. I am not out to screw people over and a large percentage of my sales are to repeat customers, so I want my customers to be happy. I am an Ebay buyer as well as seller, and know all to well how it feels to get ripped off when buying something sight-unseen.

I apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences that any of this may cause, and for asking you to read it, but between Ebay, the USPS, and an increasing number of dishonest Ebay users, I have no choice but to follow these policies. :)
