Not re-carded. Factory sealed.  Original 1982  48 Back Has the RARE Revenge offer printed on card not a sticker. Blister is straight clear  with a slight dent on top &  scuffing. Card is shiney slight sticker tare punch hole plug is loose  card lays flat with some edgware. See photos. US version. Stored in smoke free home.
