Not re-carded. Factory sealed.  Original 1982  48 Back Has the RARE Revenge offer printed on card not a sticker. Blister is straight yellowing &  scuffing. Card is  slight sticker tare punch hole plug is loose with a few dents on top edge  card lays flat with some edgware. See photos. US version. Stored in smoke free home.
