Not re-carded. Factory sealed.  Original 1982  48 Back Has the RARE Revenge offer printed on card thier is a smear over offer.  not a sticker. Blister is straight crystal clear with scuffing. Card is  slight sticker tare punched wi th a crease from punch hole to top  card lays flat with some edgware. See photos. US version. Stored in smoke free home.
