In most cases we are among the quickest shippers of CDs on Ebay. We will usually ship within 48 hours [2 business days] of receipt of payment.  NOTE: ALTHOUGH WE SHIP IN A TIMELY MANNER, WE CANNOT CONTROL THE MAIL DELIVERY TIMES OF THE POSTAL SERVICE[S]. IF PARCEL IS DELAYED, FEEDBACK SHOULD BE BASED ON SHIP DATE NOT DELIVERY DATE

To avoid misunderstanding, the shipping and handling charges below are for POSTAGE AND HANDLING...not just postage.  Handling is materials and fees relative to the preparation and shipping of the product. This includes [but is not limited to] the bubble mailer[s], tape, labels, receipt cards, replacement jewel case components, jewel case polishing and adhesive removal materials, and the use of a professional CD polishing machine. It also includes travel time and fuel, and line time as all parcels are mailed AT THE POST OFFICE to expedite shipping.  In the case of international shipments, the customs form must be filled out and processed IN PERSON by a postal clerk.

Note to US bidders:  Media Mail is MORE expensive than First Class at the weight of a CD.

I am not responsible for jewel boxes broken or items lost in the mail when not insured. Insured items lost or broken-refund of auction price or replacement of item [my option] is sole liability. International insurance rates above are via Registered Mail and is the only insurance available at those valuations

Falsifying a Customs Form whether through reducing the value or by declaring it a gift when it is not is a Federal Offense in the U.S. Please do not ask us to do it as we will decline the request.

Paypal only accepted.  Bank transfers and Echecks require holding shipment until PAYPAL says they have cleared. This may be 3-5 days after YOU SEE the echeck/bank transfer has cleared your account.  We accept Credit Cards and Bank Transfers ONLY through Paypal.

You MUST include the item number and/or description with your payment or your shipment will be delayed.  Non-Paying bidder notices will be executed 14 days after auction ends [21 days for international bidders] if payment is not received or other communications/arrangements are made.  Non-Paying bidder notices can lead to Ebay warnings and possible suspension from Ebay.
