This is such an interesting piece

 It is an advertisement by EMPIRE Syndicate INC. New York

for the Palace Theatre

Keith Vaudeville and High Class Photo-Plays
 New Britain, Conn.

 In the shape of a hand held fan the front side has 9 photos of
actors and the backside is ads for companies in the area.

The bow at the bottom is not attached and there is a small piece missing.
The condition is not perfect but it is a wonderful piece of History in the field

The size is 13 inches across by 8 inches high including the bow

The actors photos are really great
