This is an appliqued and hand-stitched, primitive folk art style sampler that can be framed, used as a pillow top or, used as part of a quilt.

This WASH DAY sampler is hand-embroidered at the top as is the clothesline, clothespins, clothing details, and crow's features.

The RED LONG JOHNS have real buttons and a patch on one knee.

The MINIATURE PATCHWORK QUILT is a REAL MINI QUILT complete with backing!

MS. CROW'S APRON has real buttons.

Even the LAUNDRY BASKET got special treatment! It appears to be made of hand-stitched/embroidered yarn.

It is dated 2002 in hand-stitching in the lower right-hand corner.

Some of the fabric details have raw edges to give it a time-worn look.
