The Billy Cook company has been a well known trusted name for years. All saddles are new, stamped with the makers mark on the seat plate, latigo carrier, stirrup hobbles & occasionally the horn cap. New barrel saddles produced after August 2009 will no longer come with mock billets or flank sets that may be pictured. Flank sets are available to purchase seperately if desired.
