payment nor any communication within the forteen (14) days period,
we shall have no choice but to file the non-paying dispute to recover
our cost of the auction. A strike and a negative feedback will be

Shipping Terms:
We ship our items to almost everywhere in the world. Currently
we do not have service to Japan, Italy, Bhutan, Bangladesh,
Mongolia, Myarmar, Laos, Nepal, Cambodia, East Timor, Pakistan,
Afghanistan, Middle-East Asia and all countries in Africa.
Tracking number for all domestic shipment will be provided
upon request.
A confirmation number for International Shipment will
be provided upon request, however, the number provided by
USPS is not much for tracking purpose, and we have no control
once your package is being shipped. If you wish to have
your parcel sent in a more secure way, please contact us
to consult with the additional cost of upgrading the shipment.
We Strongly encourage you to acquire shipping insurance
to protect your item -- If the item was lost or damaged
during transition by the shipping carrier, YOLStore holds
no responsibility for the package, if insurance was not
purchased.
Local pick-up may be available upon request -- 50% of
the item's shipping cost will still be charged as handling.

Returns
At
YOL Store, we strive our best to make sure you are completely happy
with your purchase. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact
us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item
for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable
replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be
issued in the form of the original payment method. You may also return
the item even the product is not defective, but the shipping cost
will not be refunded. Specifics terms are:
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30
days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied
with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional
damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before
issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products
