Each Fed Ex Ground package automatically include insurance coverage up to $100. If you receive damaged goods via Fed Ex Ground I will have to make a claim out. Please keep all packaging materials. Fed Ex Ground will pick the item up and inspect it. Once Fed Ex sends me a claim check I will refund you the money. This can take a couple of weeks or months. Same rules applies to USPS packages that are insured. I ship twice a week, usually Wednesdays and Fridays.
