HI.  THIS LISTING IS FOR A WELL TAKEN CARE OF DS, DS LITE, DSI HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE GAME.  THIS GAME IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND DOES NOT COME WITH MANUAL OR CASE.  THE PICTURE IS OF THE ACTUAL GAME WHICH IS AUTHENTIC AND NOT A KNOCK OFF.

Bidding: I require 10 positive feedbacks to bid on my auctions. I have taken these measures due to “new” non-paying Ebayers. I reserve the right to cancel or block members who have a pattern of being problematic (ie. negative feedback, non paying, strikes)

Product: We describe our products to the best of our knowledge. Please check all pictures and ask questions if unsure. Here is how we label our items.

SEALED- Item is in original wrapping and has never been used.

NEW- Item has never been used. Original box might be open as we always check our items.

LIKE NEW- Item is in extremely well condition for being used.

USED- Item has wear and tear as expected from regular use.

Payment: Payment is expected up to 5 days after auction closes. After this time I will contact you with a friendly reminder to pay. If I have not heard anything after 7 days I will report you to Ebay which can result in a strike or suspension. Paypal ONLY. If using Paypal, please make sure you are confirmed. I will not ship to unconfirmed addresses.

Shipping: I usually ship twice a week. Item will be shipped depending on when payment has cleared. This means item might be shipped up to 5 days after payment. I use UPS ground (6+days) or USPS Parcel Post (9+ days) but you can always pay to upgrade. I will send confirmation or tracking number as soon as item is shipped. All items shipped through UPS or have a high value will require a signature. Please make someone available to sign who is over 18 yrs of age. You can contact me through Ebay messages only, not my e-mail address as I don't always check it. I ship to the Continental US only, NO Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or CANADA. We do not ship to PO boxes, FPO's or APO's. If you bid and do not or cannot meet my requirements, I will issue refund and minus out ALL LISTING FEES, or go through ebay and leave an unpaid item strike on your record.

Insurance: Insurance is always optional. We are not responsible for any damages or lost items if not insured. Please use it!

Refund: All items are sold as-is. Please look at all pictures carefully. We will offer a refund if the item is grossly misrepresented. When we accept a return you will receive your payment back, less shipping fees. We refund the principal only!
