Product Warranty:
The Manufacture provides the original purchaser one year structuralwarranty for its stackable metal chairs, wooden chairs, and other metal chairsfrom the date of the invoice date. The upholstery material should be under upholsterymaterials factory's warranty. The warranty does not cover apparent damageor wear caused by abusive or abnormal use or handling of the product.Any such misuse of the product will automatically void any warranty expressed orimplied from any party. Freight damages are not covered by product warranty.
More specifically, the following situations will automatically void such warranty:
*Tilt any chair while sitting on it. *Rock any chair while sitting on it. *Pull or slide any chair while sitting on it. *Misleading information or false warranty claims. *Put fingers underneath any chair seat. *Stand on any product for any purpose. *Exceed the maximum weight of 250 pounds on any chair. *Expose any product to water, flame, gas, and excessive heat. *Any other abnormal use or handling not mentioned above.
We accept and prefer MC, Visa, Discover, debit cards and company check as a form of payment only. We do not accept personal checks, C.O.D or paypal. Your item or items can not be paid through eBay by clicking on, "Pay Now". All items must be paid in full within 7 days of purchasing. If you schedule a local pick-up at one of our warehouses and you miss your appointment there will be a $75 per day storage fee posted to your order. This storgae fee will have to paid before you can pick-up your order or have it shipped.
Delivery
Credit card and debit card payments may take up to 4 business days to clear, before your item can be processed for shipping. We will not process any orders to ship until we have received payment in full. Items are shipped daily with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. We encourage you to completely and fully inspect all products at time of delivery. If any products are damaged or lost at the time of delivery, please notate damages and comments on the freight carrier delivery receipt before signing the final release. If you do not notate any damages or lost freight before the driver leaves your location, your freight claim will not be paid by the freight carrier. We do not handle any freight claims. All freight claims must be handle with the freight carriers directly. We can not and will not guaranteed shipping arrivals, opening dates or inspection dates on any items. Customers that require additional services at the time of delivery will be charged collect by the freight company automatically.(Inside delivery, lift-gate service, re-delivery, limited access, etc.)
Refunds & Returns
Our company charges a 45% restocking fee on all returned store items(even if you refuse delivery) and cancel orders that are in production with the exception of software, custom furniture orders and ventilation hood systems. All ventilation hood systems and custom furniture orders are final. The refund amount will be fully refunded less our 45% restocking fee, freight charges and any additional delivery charges. You will be responsible for shipping cost as well as shipping the merchandise back to us. Atlanta Discount Equipment may sell and advertise "Free Shipping" on some items as part of a promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered, the delivery costs are always included in the price of our items and freight cost will be calculated when the refund for such items are process. After inspection and approval for such return is fully process, a email with all the costs involve will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances and will void all refunds. You must contact our customer support team to obtain a RMA number for all product returns. All items must be returned in original condition. We fully inspect all returned products to check for any damages prior to granting your refund request. If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason, you have 7 days after delivery to request for an RMA number to return your product. After 7 days all sales are final and no refunds will be issue. No items will be accepted back at our warehouse without prior authorization by Atlanta Discount Equipment.
