Beautiful dress from Little Bitty. This is a girls size 4.  Brand new with the tags attached.  Dark blue velveteen fabric with a white cotton and lace collar.  Smocked bodice with red and green trim!  Long sleeves!  Tie in the back.  Length from shoulder to hem is 25" chest is 24".  Great for Thanksgiving or Christmas dress!  Matching headband included! White slip and netting under the skirt area to give the dress a nice full look! Beautiful dress! I have other items in this size and I am always willing to combine shipping to save you money! thanks for looking!
